On the afternoon of May 12th, the China and Shaanxi economic and Trade Cooperation Symposium held jointly by the Shaanxi Provincial People's government, China Council for the promotion of trade, the Shaanxi provincial council for promoting trade and the Shaanxi Provincial Investment Promotion Association (Shaanxi), "one belt and one road", was held at the Sofitel people's building. Lu Guangwen, District Governor of the People's Government of Beilin District participated in the meeting, accompanied by Zhao Yongqiang, Director of the Bureau of Economic and Trade of Beilin District, and Zhang Weitao, Deputy Director of the Government Office of Beilin District.

China (Shaanxi) has jointly established the national and regional economic and trade cooperation conference with the "one belt and one road" as one of the series of activities of the fourth Silk Road International Exposition and China East West cooperation and investment and trade fair, with infrastructure construction in Italy, Mongolia, South Africa, Ukraine, Spain, Australia, Leah, India and other countries. Cooperation opportunities in the fields of energy, agriculture and tourism are the main contents. Project promotion and economic and trade negotiation are adopted to promote two-way investment and economic and trade cooperation and exchanges. The meeting was chaired by Lan Jianwen, deputy secretary-general of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.

The discussion is divided into four parts: Leaders'speech, signing ceremony, thematic introduction and dialogue. Zhao Gang, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, and Mr. Murat Rulinov, President of Kazakhstan Academy of Sciences, delivered speeches respectively. Lu Guangwen, District Governor of Beilin District People's Government, as a visible guest, witnessed the signing of contracts between Shaanxi Yihe Shengfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd., an enterprise under the jurisdiction of Beilin District, and the Almaty Municipal Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Academy of Sciences of the Government of Jiangbul State.

The convening of this conference will intensify the opening up of the western and inland areas, expand new space for economic and trade cooperation, and enhance the level of regional interaction and cooperation.

Before the meeting, Lu Guangwen, chairman of the People's Government of Beilin District, exchanged views with Huang Tao, chairman of Shaanxi Yihe Shengfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd.

Before the meeting, Zhao Yongqiang, Director-General of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Beilin District, and Chen Wanyu, Chinese representative of the European-Chinese Association for the Promotion of Cultural and Economic Cooperation, had exchanges and discussions.

The venue will display the introduction of the situation of the stele forest area and the investment map of the joint office of the stele forest.
