Implement high-skilled personnel training program. Focusing on the improvement of the development projects, equipment manufacturing level and the needs of industrial development of the group company, starting with the policy of improving the training, evaluation, use and incentive links, we will focus on the construction of 10 skill master studios, focusing on the training and selection of 20 skill masters (chief technicians), 50 skill leaders and 100 highly skilled bones.
